はじめに

「スクショで翻訳」（以下「本アプリ」）は、完全にお使いの端末（PC）内だけで動作する翻訳アプリです。翻訳・文字認識（OCR）はすべてオフラインで行われ、本アプリが利用者の個人情報やデータを収集・外部送信することはありません。本アプリにはアカウント登録もログインもありません。

1. 収集・送信する情報

ありません。 翻訳する画像・テキスト、その翻訳結果は、すべてお使いの端末内だけで処理され、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。利用状況の解析（テレメトリ）も行いません。

2. 端末内に保存されるデータ（外部送信されません）

本アプリは利便性のため、以下をお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。外部へ送信されることはありません。

• 翻訳履歴（翻訳した文・画像）
• ウィンドウの位置やサイズ、最後に使ったモード、入力中の下書き
• 「育てる辞書」（あなたが「訳を修正」で登録した用語・言い換え）と各種設定

これらは本アプリをアンインストールするか、上記フォルダを削除すれば消去できます。

3. ネットワーク通信について

本アプリが行う唯一の外部接続は、利用者が任意に行う「SNS共有」です。

• 利用者が共有ボタンを押したときに限り、お使いの既定のブラウザで X（旧Twitter）や Threads の投稿画面を開きます。同時に、対訳の比較画像をクリップボードにコピーします（投稿への貼り付けは利用者の手動操作です）。
• 翻訳の内容が自動的に送信されることはありません。何を投稿するかは常に利用者が決定します。
• 上記以外に、本アプリがインターネットへ接続することはありません。自動アップデート・翻訳モデルの自動ダウンロード・テレメトリは一切ありません（翻訳モデルとOCRデータは本アプリに同梱され、オフラインで動作します）。

4. クリップボードの利用

• クイック翻訳機能（任意・初期設定はオフ） を有効にしている場合、利用者がコピーした文字を翻訳するためにクリップボードのテキストを読み取ります。読み取りは端末内の翻訳のためだけに使われ、外部送信はされません。
• スクショで自動翻訳機能（クリップボードの画像監視・任意・初期設定はオフ） を有効にしている場合、新しい画像がクリップボードにコピーされたことを検知するため、本アプリはクリップボードを端末内で監視します。検知すると確認のポップアップを表示し、利用者が「翻訳する」を押したときに限り、その画像を端末内で翻訳します。画像やその内容が外部へ送信されることはありません。この機能は初期設定ではオフで、オフにすれば監視は完全に停止します。
• SNS共有時には、対訳の比較画像をクリップボードに書き込みます。
• いずれの処理も端末内で完結します。

5. キーボードの監視について（クイック翻訳・任意・初期設定はオフ）

クイック翻訳機能を有効にしている間だけ、本アプリは「Ctrl+C が短時間に2回押されたか」を検知するためにキー入力を監視します。

• 検知するのは上記の操作の有無のみで、入力されたキーの内容を記録・保存・送信することは一切ありません。
• この機能は初期設定ではオフで、設定をオフにすればキーの監視は完全に停止します。

6. 第三者サービス・SDK

本アプリは広告SDKや解析SDKを一切使用していません。翻訳エンジン（FuguMT）と文字認識（Tesseract）は本アプリに同梱され、すべて端末内で動作します。第三者へデータを渡すことはありません。

7. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、特定の年齢層を対象に情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリの更新および本ページで告知します。

Introduction

"Screenshot Translator" ("the App") is a translation app that runs entirely on your own device (PC). All translation and optical character recognition (OCR) are performed offline. The App does not collect or transmit any of your personal information or data. There is no account or sign-in.

1. Information We Collect or Transmit

None. The images and text you translate, and their translation results, are processed only on your device and are never sent to the developer or any third-party server. We do not perform any usage analytics (telemetry).

2. Data Stored on Your Device (never transmitted)

For convenience, the App stores the following only on your device. It is never sent anywhere.

• Translation history (translated text and images)
• Window position/size, last-used mode, and unsent input draft
• Your "growing dictionary" (terms and rephrasings you add via "Fix translation") and app settings

You can erase this data by uninstalling the App or deleting the folder above.

3. Network Communication

The only external connection the App makes is the optional "Share to social media" action, initiated by you.

• Only when you press the share button, the App opens the post composer for X (formerly Twitter) or Threads in your default browser, and copies the side-by-side comparison image to your clipboard (pasting it into the post is your manual action).
• Translation content is never sent automatically. You always decide what to post.
• The App makes no other internet connections. There is no auto-update, no automatic model download, and no telemetry (the translation model and OCR data are bundled with the App and run offline).

4. Clipboard Use

• If you enable Quick Translate (optional; off by default), the App reads clipboard text in order to translate text you have copied. This is used solely for on-device translation and is never transmitted.
• If you enable Auto-translate on screenshot (clipboard image monitoring; optional; off by default), the App monitors the clipboard on your device to detect when a new image is copied. When detected, it shows a confirmation popup, and only when you press "Translate" does it translate that image on your device. The image and its contents are never transmitted. This feature is off by default, and turning it off fully stops the monitoring.
• When sharing to social media, the App writes the comparison image to your clipboard.
• All of this happens entirely on your device.

5. Keyboard Monitoring (Quick Translate; optional; off by default)

Only while Quick Translate is enabled, the App monitors key input to detect whether Ctrl+C is pressed twice in quick succession.

• It detects only that action; it never records, stores, or transmits the keys you type.
• This feature is off by default, and turning it off fully stops the monitoring.

6. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App uses no advertising or analytics SDKs. The translation engine (FuguMT) and OCR (Tesseract) are bundled with the App and run entirely on your device. No data is shared with third parties.

7. Children's Privacy

Because the App collects no personal information, it does not collect information from any specific age group.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. We will announce material changes through an app update and on this page.
